Will this remove all limescale from my water?
Yes – this is a true ion-exchange water softener that completely removes hardness, eliminating limescale stains and scale buildup.
Is it suitable for small homes?
Absolutely – it’s ideal for properties with up to 3 bathrooms, and compact enough to fit most utility spaces.
Do I need a separate filter?
We recommend installing a POE filtration system before the softener, and a Reverse osmosis system for purified drinking water.
Is it suitable for rented homes or moving house?
Yes – the PuraSoft and all of our filter and softener systems are easy to uninstall and reinstall, making it ideal for renters or homeowners who may relocate in the future.
Is installation included?
Not by default. We recommend using a qualified plumber. Contact us if you need help arranging installation as we have a nationwide team of certified plumbers we can recommend.
